Spending most of his formidable years growing up in the Okanagan area, Chris developed an appreciation for the diverse nature of British Columbia. He grew up in a family that encouraged athletics, playing soccer and hockey until his teen years. Chris could also be found riding his bmx bike around the neighbourhood, collecting and building lego, and enjoying fishing and dirt biking with his father.

Chris has lived in several corners of British Columbia before settling down on Vancouver Island with his wife, their two young daughters, and their dog. He spends his free time enjoying family moments, travelling throughout British Columbia and beyond, and soaking in a good book in front of the fire. Chris’s summer passion involves windy roads and his motorcycle – often taking multi-day journeys to discover new areas of British Columbia.
